For over 30 years, Saskatoon restaurant was located just off Haywood Road in Greenville in a small but cozy building. It had plenty of parking, but no space for a garden. It has always been Edmund’s dream to relocate the restaurant to an area where he could not only have more room for seating and event space but enough land around it to grow his own gardens. Now, his dream has come to life and is here for you to partake of. And, since sustainability is also important to us, and our community, being able to reuse what was already here made it even sweeter.

When you enter the grounds at Saskatoon Lodge, you’ll see our landscape has been thoughtfully decorated with colorful and fragrant edibles. These gardens make a beautiful backdrop for taking those selfies or the more meaningful family photos while you have them all together in one place. What a perfect way to commemorate your special occasion or night out.
Our long-term goal for the gardens is to expand further in order to grow produce for four different seasons. This creates both interest and functionality within our outdoor spaces, so regardless of which season you’re planning a special dinner or event, our gardens will be adorned with weather hardy foliage, florals and herbs and other esculents for you to enjoy.
Take a moment while you’re here; there’s no rush. Relax. Stop and smell the rosemary as you stroll around the property. This is part of the Saskatoon Lodge experience. And it’s our happy place, too.
