The Story of the Lodge
Welcome to Greenville's Only Wild Game Restaurant.
In the fall of 2017, owners Edmund and Renee Woo realized their dream of moving their famous wild game and steak restaurant to its new, sprawling location. Saskatoon Lodge now sits on nine lush acres that inhabit the main restaurant and a one-of-a-kind rustic event space.
The menu features Greenville’s only wild game, which is what Saskatoon is famous for. So when you’re at The Lodge for a family gathering, dinner for two or an event for two hundred, you and your guests can be as adventurous as you want, with delectable presentations of kangaroo, elk, buffalo, antelope, alligator and ostrich. For those who prefer the simple things, we also serve equally delicious and award-winning selections of beef, pork and duck and seafood. And we’d be remiss if we failed to mention that our incredible desserts would give Grandma a run for her money. Yes, even yours.

From the customers who keep coming back week to week and year to year, to the employees who have made much more than tips, it’s easy to see that whatever Edmund and Renee are doing to keep their patrons and employees happy – is still working.
Hard work, dedication and consistency have been the 3 pillars of their success, and it shows. Many members of the staff have been with Saskatoon for over 20 years—practically unheard of in the restaurant industry where most servers spend less than 2 years.
